The firm of Fred LaDue & Associates, Inc. began in 1980 with its founder Fred LaDue, Sr. In 1985 Fred LaDue, II joined the firm as a full time staff appraiser and Vice President. In 1990 Fred LaDue, II earned his Senior Accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers. Both Fred LaDue, Sr. and Fred LaDue, II worked together serving major Lending Institutions, Attorney’s, Federal Agencies, State Agencies, County and City governments.
In 1995 Fred LaDue, II, formally acquired all interests in the corporation including all stock and the position of President. At that time the focus of the firm was transitioned into the Eminent Domain profession. The primary focus at that time was conducting work for property owners combined with a small amount of work for Condemning Authorities. By the year 2000 the firm was primarily focusing on work for Condemning Authorities such as the FDOT along with some work for property owners.
Other staff members include Brian Kollar as Associate Appraiser. Mr. Kollar has been with the firm for 10 years and is working towards his accreditation. Ms. Sandra Pitman has been with the firm for over 14 years and her duties include all record keeping, book keeping and technical report production. We also utilize outside contractors to assist us on complex construction and specialty signs.
Fred B. LaDue holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser, (ASA), Designation with the American Society of Appraisers in the specialty of Machinery and Technical Specialties. Further, he is a member in good standing with the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals (A.E.D.P.)
