| Brief History |
| After over 20 years of experience Fred La
Due, Sr founded the firm of Fred B. La Due & Associates, Inc., in 1981. In 1985 Fred
La Due, II joined the firm as a full time Associate Appraiser. In the early 90’s, and
after achieving his Accredited Senior Appraiser designation with the American Society of
Appraisers, Fred La Due, II began to assume full responsibility of all aspects of the
appraisal production as well as the day-to-day operations of the firm. In 1997 Fred LaDue,
II, formally acquired the firm through a mutually acceptable binding contract. Today, Fred
La Due, II continues to operate the company providing technical appraisals throughout the
state of Florida. His staff now includes Brian Kollar as a full time Associate Appraiser,
Sandra Pitman as head of report production, data management and billing and Marion La Due
as bookkeeper. Other support personnel include Ralph Schiavon with Tampa Bay North
American, Inc. and Rick Silvers with Adtech Electric Advertising, Inc. |

| As senior appraiser, Fred has been solely
responsible for assignments that include banks, industrial plants, commercial facilities,
medical facilities and local and federal government agencies. |
